As more states come online, operators are facing a hard truth. Scaling isn’t about product innovation alone. Instead, it’s about infrastructure that can move and support it as the roadmap expands.
Every state has:
- different dosing limits;
- different testing standards;
- different packaging regulations;
- different licensing structures
And yet brands want consistency across markets. This is where our mobile tolling, state-agnostic equipment, and ingredients can help reinvent the game. We talk a lot about mobile tolling. But what does that actually mean? In simple terms: we bring our capabilities to you compliantly, cost-effectively, and consistently.
At Monarch, we’ve designed our mobile tolling systems to help operators and brands move with the market, not get stuck inside it.
Depending on the state and facility:
- We drop ship our modular equipment or physically drive and deploy equipment onsite
- Our equipment has a small footprint (2x 6’ stainless steel tables & no special power requirements), which allows us to integrate directly into any-sized operator’s workflow
- Toll your input oil (distillate) into finished, fast-acting emulsion
So What’s Required?
- a compliant licensed facility
- input oil (distillate or isolate depending on program) provided by the operator
- clear production volume targets.
We then handle:
- Equipment setup
- SOP execution
- Finished product packaging and storage
Because our emulsion is versatile in nature, it integrates seamlessly with any beverage, gummy, or tincture. No exotic processes. No fragile formulations. No reformulation cycles.
Let’s Talk Cost & Efficiency:
We toll on a cost-per-gram basis (starting at $5/g with price breaks at volume thresholds), which allows the operator to have a grasp on margin per SKU and cost of goods.
Here’s where it gets interesting:
1 kilo of input oil ~ approximately 4 kilos of finished emulsion output (at 220mg THC per gram of emulsion).
This expansion factor matters, as it improves formulation flexibility; drives cost efficiency at scale; and it allows brands to preserve margin while maintaining potency and efficacy.
Timeline & Capabilities:
Our mobile tolling model is built for speed. Typically, we can commence operations within 30 days of engagement.
Once logistics are aligned:
- Equipment is deployment
- Production runs are structured
- Output can be scaled from micro-operators to MSO volume
Whether you’re a single-state operator looking to launch a fast-acting product or an MSO standardizing inputs across markets, consistency and cost control are non-negotiable.
